Horace Mann Parent Team Request Form 2024-2025 School Year: Due By April 22nd, 2024
This form is to be completed for any parents/guardians interested in requesting placement on a specific team of teachers. Link to Teams in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade.
In order for a parent to make a team request, you MUST be able to articulate what one team offers over another as it relates to teacher expertise, teaching styles, knowledge of the curriculum and how your child's learning fits best with a particular team.
Note: There is often overlap between the two teams for scheduling purposes and adjustments for balance at all grades.
While we cannot guarantee placement on one team over the other, we will review your request as we build the teams.
